Medical Care
Our dedicated nursing staff schedules all medical appointments and monitors BP, blood glucose and medication administration. In addition, our pharmacy consultant will routinely review medical records to ensure medication is administered as prescribed.

Wound Care
In cooperation with your physician, we develop a treatment plan that can range from dressing changes and compression therapy. The program seeks to assure the highest quality of life to the patient. Emphasis is placed on preventative health measures to decrease the incidence of wound recurrence after the wound has healed.

Dental and Podiatry Services
We offer dental and podiatry services. Any participant can avail this service and can get further treatment.

Social Services
We specialize in Medicaid approvals, housing assistance, NJ SNAP, Social Security benefits and Lifeline assistance programs.

Transportation
Our licensed and insured vehicle fleet gets you where you need to go. You will be transported to all medical appointments and outings by courteous and professional drivers.

Medical Care
Our nurses take enormous pride in the high-quality nursing care provided to our participants. Our nurses work diligently with the team of doctors, pharmacist and dietitian to make sure your medical conditions are monitored on a regular basis.

The diversity of our participants is reflected in our nursing staff and their attention to service and sensitivity is apparent in their day-to-day actions and attitudes. Our nurses strive for excellence in all capacities and advocate for the health and well-being of our participants and their family members.

Transportation
We provide friendly and safe door to door transportation for daily visits to the facility, to medical appointments and local excursions (Shopping, Banking, Picnic, Buffet, etc.) on our wheelchair accessible buses.


Nutritious Meals
We assure participants enjoy a healthy, well-balanced diet. Every client receives a nourishing breakfast, lunch and dinner, and special meal plans are available to meet the dietary needs of all participants.
Entertainment
Our entertainment team organizes new and exciting activities on a daily basis. You will receive a monthly calendar of events, so you won’t miss out on any of our upcoming trips and activities. We feature one of the best BINGO games in South Jersey!

Social Services
The social work department provides ongoing support and assistance to Alliance participants and their families. The social worker meets with each participant and their caregiver(s) upon admission to obtain information and ascertain how the social worker can best provide assistance to the family. The social work department is able to assist families with an array of tasks including completing paperwork, applying for Medicaid, housing assistance, NJ SNAP, Social Security benefits, Lifeline assistance programs and locating support groups. The social worker is available Monday through Friday.
